Kids are nice

I don’t know what I was thinking when I made this goal. I’m sure it was made with good intentions. I like kids, of course, but I don’t know how I’d help them. I’d probably give them too much candy and their parents would hate me.
Maybe I’ve lost interest because I’m not around enough kids. I’ve sank into the self-absorbed world of a single woman and whenever I hear people talking about their kids, I pretend to care, but I really can’t relate.
I never wanted to turn into one of these people.
