It shouldn’t be too tough. I already used boning in my wedding dress.
You can get it at almost any fabric store and it comes in lots of different varieties.
Borrow a corset from someone so you can study where the boning goes. Buy a pattern and give it a shot.
It’s really ridiculous how expensive they are these days. I could understand some patterns, and some antique corsets being really price-y, but just a simple zip-up corset like the ones at hot topic? Yeah, gimme my sewing machine.
