The diet’s definitely working, 4lbs this week. Not easy, but eating around 1100 cals per day and at least an hour of cardio EVERY day while keeping fat intake close to 30% is working for me.
I hope to stay away from temptation this coming week. Only 96 more pounds to go!

This very low calorie and high level of exercise plan better start kickin’ into gear. I weigh myself tomorrow. Better have lost my 3lbs. Today I had my slimfast shake, slimfast bar, 1/2 portion of orange juice and one cup of special K with 1/2 cup of non-fat milk. Plus lifted weights for 30mins and did 45mins of cardio. This, by the way, is my daily routine. Wish me luck!

I’ve been married for 10 years, have followed my husband around for over 10 (since we’ve known each other longer). And now I’m too fat to be attractive enough to have sex. It’s true. I’m obese (209lBS on a 5’4 frame), but add to that my thyroid problems (gee, I know everyone uses that as an excuse, but I’ve got a Dr.’s excuse) and I can’t lose the goddamn weight.
So, I’ve decided to eat a slimfast shake everyday for breakfast and lunch, work out at least 60 minutes per day (every other day is at least 30 minutes of weight lifting) and see what happens. I’m in major calorie deficit. I hope it works.
My sex life depends on it. Anyone else done a plan similar to this? If so, I’d like to know your results.
