A friend of mine has almost all, if not all, of his instruments up for sale. He says he needs money to pay for college. Anyway, he has his bass guitar and amp up for $200 total. Unfortunately, that is money that I simply do not have. Not only that, but also I feel bad that he has to sell it all. The mere thought of doing that with my instruments makes me sick to my stomach. I don’t know how he feels about it, though, and going to college is a big deal. If I had the money, I would help him out.
I like the sound of the ‘62 Fender Precision Bass. I heard it’s what Jeremy Davis of Paramore uses, and I like the punch his bass gives. The only problem I found with it is that it’s a 4-string, and my original plan was a 5-string. Still, it’s a great bass guitar, and I have plenty of time to look for others.
