I got some heavier weights the other day and it made a difference, my workout was harder…
So I guess this is a finished goal :)

but I got sick and stopped for a bit. I am making some better choices for my meals though and while I was exercising I lost about 15 pounds and haven’t put any back on so I am pretty happy with that :)
I have been exercising 3-5 times a week for the past 3 weeks. I have lost about 10 pounds, which is not huge it is something so i am happy about that. Although I have been sick for the last 4 days and haven’t worked out but I have zero energy right now. I hope to kick this illness soon and get back to exercising…
Well I never really got on the wagon long enough to fall off. However, I now have a workout partner. My five yearold son! He actually pushed me to go excercise today. And I feel pretty good right now. He doesn’t do the excercises in proper form but it gets him moving and it gets me excercising :)
I am hoping this is the begining of some good habits.
I did well it was not overly tough but I felt the burn :) I need to get into a routine so that I can consider this done though
Got some excercise equipment and a DVD so time to feel the burn LOL
I ordered a couple of excercise videos and some excercise equipment. I know some people say you need to get out of the house to excercise, you need to go to a gym. I don’t want to go to a gym I don’t have that kind of time. I have two kids, a wife and a business to take care of. How do I fit in an hour or longer gym session every other day? and even if I could spare that hour I’d have to factor in the travel time too. I try excercising at home thanks :)
