I bought the tape and the mat, the blocks and the strappy thing. It all came in a little kit….now I just have to find time (and flexibility-I don’t think I bought a beginner tape) and get to it!

I want to do this for both the fitness aspect and because it actually has a spiritual theory to it, instead of ‘do 40 reps 2 times a day for 9 weeks and you should lose x amount of inches/pounds etc.’ If I’m going to be putting myself through loads of strenuous activity, the least I can do is have my inner self match my outer self in the end, right?
