i am 5’6 female.I started at 170. now i weight 145 and have kept it off. i still eat a good amount of food and dont workout much anymore, but i want to start losing more. my dream weight would be 135. ahhh!

i weigh 145. i used to weigh 170. now i want to lose 10 more and dont want to change my diet. So today, i am starting “weight loss for idiots” or “the idiot proof diet.” has anyone tried it, heard of it or know anything about it. thanks!
