I have been getting back into a rountine for this. Been trying to stretch 2-3 times a day for the past 2 weeks, hopefully will get flat by Christmas if I keep this up. It’s hard, sometimes. But it must be done.

I haven’t even been trying for this one. I think I need to get back into a stretching routine!
Managed to stretch every day this week! Hopefully I’ll keep up the momentum and stretch twice more today.
This is my priority right now. But even though I stretch every day, I haven’t seen any improvement!
I am challenging myself to get flat, right-leg splits. I am using this guide, and hopefully, if I remember to stretch every day, I will succeed!
It was my birthday yesterday, and I forgot to stretch. Oops.
Whenever I go out at night I forget to stretch. At least I exercised.
Well, it started last night. I actually did some stretching, for once! I need to get them flat by December, so I’m looking up good stretches to do for the splits and hopefully, with enough commitment, I’ll make it!
