‘i’m just not hungry at lunch time.’ that’s what i always say when i stop short of packing my lunch in the morning. it could be ready to go, but i still don’t take it. then i regret it because i do get hungry at lunch sometimes and end up buying something and wasting my money. now, i’m going to bring my lunch and keep it in the fridge at work through the week, just in case. then, i’ll take any leftovers home on saturdays. a chopped salad n a jar seems appealing and easy. and maybe some nuts, crudites, a small container of humus and a small container of nut butter w some grapes and sliced apples for a different week.. i think i can pull this off after all.

ugh i look at this goal and just get exhausted. and feel a little overwhelmed.
this should be easy, i’m just so lazy and don’t plan ahead. i have food and containers so wth. tomorrow i’m thinking chicken, mashed potatoes, corn. or maybe a chicken and green salad. i need to pack my lunch at night so i won’t be rushing in the morning. and not take cash with me as to not be tempted by the vending machines. small changes, big difference.
