Hit a slow patch. :P
20 pounds to go.



Back on track 20 months ago

So, instead of paying attention and focusing on losing weight, I did and ate whatever and ended up gaining weight (duh).

But, Andrew and I have both started tracking our caloric intake (it’s been about 2 months) and it’s going really well (so far I’ve lost ~15.6 lbs).

Unfortunately… because of the extra weight I gained I still have 21.6 lbs to lose. But at least I’m heading in the right direction. :D

So, if I lose 25 pounds I will be at my desired weight.
The sucky part is that I did make it there and I loved it… but then I slipped back into old habits. :(

At least I know I can do it!
I know I can! And I will again. :D

Last time I just recorded everything I ate and tried to stay under 1400 calories a day (unless it was a special occasion).
That system works for me and that’s what I will use again.
I will use the 1400 target again.
