meet my soulmate

Totally over the wreck! Now I’m dating again, have fallen in love again. I even remembered most of my “dealbreakers” ha,ha. Is he my soulmate? I’ve thought so at times.

I knew he wasn’t my soulmate, but I tried to pretend and ended up wrecking both our lives. So I’d like to meet my actual soulmate, the person who will be my partner for all of my stupid goals and bizarre adventures. I don’t want to be anyone’s surrogate parent or figurative (or literal) punching bag. I want the real thing. Short-term goal: Get over the wreck. Mid-range goal: Start dating again—only this time remember my dealbreakers. By this time next year, I will be steadily in love with my soulmate, having survived the “madly in love” part and grown from there.
