Guess the only way to work on this is to “create” a thick layer of indifference around myself when I do or say something. Has worked thus far, but I still find myself lying in bed at night and thinking over the day’s events and burying my face in my pillow, thinking, “OMG! I can’t believe I said/did that today!”. This is hard work to do!
