I’ve been cooking more and more since I moved out. It’s not the scary thing I always thought it was, although by no means am I an accomplished cook yet!
I find it relaxes me, and I don’t have to think about what I’m doing so much anymore.
Favourite, fast, easy and always tasty dish? Pasta with a little olive oil and some sea salt, with some sauteed fresh vegetables (I like red capsicum, tomato, spinach, a few basil leaves, and some capers – maybe some broccoli), and a little left-over grilled chicken, if there is any. Yum.
