I think I've done it! 12 months ago

I’ve been getting up around 8:00-8:30. Going to sleep no later than 11:30ish. It’s been working out very good so far. It’s been almost a week now.

I woke up at around 4:30PM today. Gosh, that is ridiculous. I don’t think I went to sleep until 8am, and I kept getting woke up. It’s hard when you live with 6 other people and you have a lot on your mind. I think I’ll try going to sleep early tonight. Maybe take some sleeping pills or something. This is just getting out of hand..
