I go to step aerobics 2X a week Total Body Conditioning 1X a week and Yoga 1X time a week. These are all hour long classes located at my local sports club. Although I sweat ALOT in both Yoga and TBC I get the toning but not the cardio I need. So my first goal is to work out on an eliptical machine at least 40 minutes a week.
