Have a stomachache after eating healthy food: chicken, brown rice, mixed veggies. However, have been feeling stressed out and disgruntled all week. I’m seeing more and more the importance of the mind/body connection. Last weekend was eating junk like french fries, but felt great because I was away and in a fresh, new environment. I also had the opportunity to reacquaint myself with friends. Here’s the bottom line: When I’m happy, I can eat anything and feel great. When I’m unhappy, I can eat anything and feel terrible!
