I’ve been looking into being incorporated – the problem being I might need one person as a partner because it says you need at least one shareholder to vote on the ceo.
There is this report you have to run past some agency to make sure your name is okay, unless you go for just a regular old business number.

Or I could just grab a number and be soleowner of a business that is linked to my name and be done with it. No wonder they say go see a lawyer.

I have this crazy idea... 3 years ago

I have trouble with working for others cause I get sick a lot. I thought about working with animals like running a kennel or a pet taxi. I’ve got a better idea which involves a website that I can do from home. I’m not sure if it’ll be profitable or of interest to anyone. Don’t want to spill the beans if it’s just a pipe dream.
