about three “fat” sisters being on a diet and a link led me to http://www.push.tv and I got my first dvd on Tuesday but still have to make myself watch it and actually exercise! I don’t need just a push, I need a really hard pull towards to tv.

Since I added this I’ve reached Saturday #4. I hopped on the scale for the 4th time and discovered I’m the same I was a month ago. Well at least I didn’t gain any more pounds.
I don’t care what charts say, but I know 206 lbs and 45% body fat is not a good thing to be lugging around. Besides exercise is supposed to be good for depression too. Must also eat less, been eating out far too much.
