Cleared the space... 2 years ago

...and found the video.

Am about to do my first session in 5 years.

Assuming that my feet cooperate (the plantar fasciitis has improved immensely since I got the custom orthotics a few weeks ago, but I still have to be careful not to overdo activities involving standing and/or walking, particularly if I’m also carrying something that weighs more than a very light purse), I’m hoping to make this a regular practice: 3 times a week for starters.

Will check off this goal when I’ve managed at least 3 times a week for 3 months.



Yet another goal that's parked here until my feet get better... 2 years ago

...and until I’ve cleared enough space in my living room for it.

Once those two things are in place, out comes the video and we’ll see “Crouching Tink, Hidden Felines.” (I’m assuming that my two cats will think I’ve finally gone completely around the bend.)
