AH! I did it. It took me a few weeks…but now I’ve moved on to green tea. it takes a little getting used to…but LET ME TELL YOU, I feel 1000x better every day. I totally recommend trying it. Also…I don’t feel as anxious nor do I get panic attacks anymore…who knew that could all stem from caffeine??

I’m sooooo addicted to caffine…I have multiple mugs a day! Perhaps I’ll try green tea.
