i just looked at my last entry on this goal and it certainly didn’t work!

I am stealing this from a girl who stole it from another poster who stole it from jerry seinfield – its says it all
JERRY: I never get enough sleep. I stay up late at night, cause I’m Night Guy. Night Guy wants to stay up late. ‘What about getting up after five hours sleep?’, oh that’s Morning Guy’s problem. That’s not my problem, I’m Night Guy. I stay up as late as I want. So you get up in the morning, you’re ….. (?), you’re exhausted, groggy, oooh I hate that Night Guy! See, Night Guy always screws Morning Guy. There’s nothing Morning Guy can do. The only thing Morning Guy can do is try and oversleep often enough so that Day Guy looses his job and Night Guy has no money to go out anymore.

Morning Girl to Night Girl; I’m starting to get really annoyed.

i have been really tired lately and going to bed a lot later than i should be. I am getting up at 6 so to get 8 hours sleep i need to fall asleep at 10pm so i must be in bed by 9 on a weeknight! will be trying my best this week

I am a night person so it feels unnatural to go bed too early and the later it gets often the more alert i feel. I get up at 6am so i really need to be asleep by 10pm at the latest so i can get 8 hours. so i am going to put a clock in my bedroom so i know at 9.30 i really have to put my book down!!

What is early? 2 years ago

I feel i need to set some sort of guideline for what earlier is. So on week nights i need to be in bed by 9.30. I want to go to bed on a week night at 9.30 every night for a month.
