Monday, weigh in day. I lost a total of 2 pounds. Which now brings my weight to…...279. I know, I know, not a big deal, but hey, losing is losing. I am now 2 pounds closer to my goal.

After eating only minimal junk food and drinking more water, I gained a pound. I am at 282. Hopefully, if I keep up what I am doing with drinking water, nothing to eat past 7, exercising, I may be able to lose some by next Monday. I certainly hope so.
Haven’t weighed lately, and haven’t been eating a whole lot. But what I have been eating is the wrong kind of food. Junk food. I need to quite eating junk, and start eating the good stuff.
Ate life cereal for breakfast with milk. Snacked on circus peanuts, then for lunch had some chicken and gravy, left over from last night. A fruity popsicle, and for supper, fish, fries, slaw, shrimp, and hush puppies, cokes, and ice cream for dessert. Not enough water. Also, yesterday was weighn in day, lost a pound.
tomorrow is weigh in day. Currently I stand at 280 pounds. We will see what the morning shall bring.
