Today I only had 2 cokes and one thing that might be considered sugary. I had a brownie something with icecream at Bennegans for dessert. Actually, I split it with my daughter, but it was still sugar. I have done well. I have stayed away from extra cokes (besides at restaraunts, I don’t trust their water.) and candy bars and stuff. Hooray. Now to just stay away from the fast food genre.

I think that I did extremely well on this today. At McDonald’s I only had 2 cokes, and didn’t drink all of the second one. I also had an oreo mcflurry. Not only do I need to eliminate a lot of sugar in my diet, but I also need to x out the fast food hamburgers and such. Maybe pick a salad or something. But the funny thing is is that the salads at fast food places are just as fattening as the good stuff. Makes no sense at all, really.
Had a dozen donut holes and a coke for breakfast. For lunch, I had Taco Bueno, nachos and beef burrito, and a coke. Then, a medium chocolate milk shake from Braums. (They’re just too good to pass up.) And another coke. When I got home, I had 2 oreo cookies, and watermelon, and lots of water.
Well, got up this morning, had 2 glasses of chocolate milk, a bowl of Life cereal, and an apple. For lunch, I had a salad, water, 16 oz root beer, and an orange. Supper, I had mexican food. (The good stuff, that you go out to restaraunts to get.) and coke to drink. I did better today.
For breakfast I had a liter of coke (very healthy) and a tootsie roll bar. Needless to say, I have met my sugar quota for the day.
All I had today was a coke and an ice cream in the form of tons of sugar per serving type thing. I guess that for today I did pretty well.
I have stayed away from a lot of the sweets that I normally eat. My main addiction right now is cokes. But, after a few days, I will have to go back to normal eating habits, since my overprotective parents will be home.
Been snacking on nothing but junk food all day long. Tomorrow is another day, and I intend on doing better. I just finished an apple instead of eating something loaded with sugar. That’s a start, I guess.
Snacked on circus peanuts. Had braums ice cream and a few cokes. More sugar than needed.
Today for breakfast I had one of those honey granola bars. Then, for lunch i had a taco, and beans and cheese. Then, for supper I had 4 chicken tenders, mashed potatoes and gravy. For drinks I had a few diet dr. peppers, and a few waters, and a few cokes. Then, of all things, my mother gives me a bag of circus peanuts. Almost made the day without sugar! (in the form of candy!)
