I finally joined one… and sprained my shoulder muscles doing some boy-style exercises. Thanks Dan! :)
I realise I much prefer cardio to muscle building..

Plus I danced all night Saturday – that must count for something!

I am horribly unfit and intend to do something about it (for real this time!) I enjoy running but the winters here are normally far too cold…I have a bike (winters again) so I think I need to join a gym or start a class.
Would like to try hatha yoga and the gym…

My goal is not to get thin or lose weight, just to tone and get in good shape – as in be able to run without getting out of breath, for my muscles to be stronger etc. Also to manage stress and energy – I need more energy and less stress! :)
