...it’s just percolating in my head right now.
So far, I’ve decided it will be a Moebius scarf, woked seamslessly (that is, cast on around the one long edge, worked to the desired width, and stitches worked off with an edging). Well, there will be one graft, but that doesn’t count as a seam, does it?
I probably won’t be picking out patterns and making this for quite some time. Another goal of mine is to finish unfinished craft projects, so I can’t quite justify starting a new one yet!

I have three ideas so far.
1) A Moebius Scarf. I’ve always wanted to make one of these, and I have some yummy quivit yarn tucked away that would be fabulous in a scarf. Choosing a pattern and making this to my own tastes should be easy enough. Perhaps too easy…?
2) Socks. I’ve made lots of socks already, so I know they’re within my skill level. The big problem is, once one sock is finished, I have to turn right around and do the same thing all over again! Unless, of course, I design a Christmas sock…
3) Shawl. Shawls are very popular right now. I’ve made one already, so I know I can do it. It’s a big project, though, and I’m notorious for leaving half-finished projects around.
Well, I’ll keep pondering until the Muse strikes.

This probably won’t be the most earth-shattering pattern ever designed! I’m not one of those people that can invent new methods of garment construction, or develop really cool new pattern stiches, or wow the observer with novel color choices. I think, however, that I can adapt something known and make it personal; perhaps modify a vintage pattern into something modern. It will be a fun challege, and perhaps I will be more talented than I believe I am!
