I am finally getting serious about this goal. Actually I probably need to lose closer to 90 lbs. but right now I will leave this goal as is and see how I feel. I am getting to be more active on sparkpeople and doing Turbo Jam! So far I love Turbo Jam and I find it to be one of the only truly fun exercises I’ve ever done. And in that, it has helped me with another goal, exercise 3x a week! Which I have done this week for the first time in ages! So hooray me!
I’m slowly but surely attacking this goal. I lost 20 lbs last year, but gained some of it back. I started Weight Watchers in February at 225 lbs. Since then I’ve lost 10 lbs. I’m currently on a bit of a plateau but I’m sticking with it and feeling healthier, even if I don’t see it on the scale. My eating habits have greatly improved and though I do still get cravings at night, I’m really doing better with healthy food choices and increasing my activity level.
