Dwlt just cheered me on my earlier entry on this and it got me thinking. I had marked this as not worth doing based on my childhood experiences doing it. Now that I’ve been doing it the past couple months, I am actually thinking it’s worth doing.
I think the biggest difference is that I’ve got a personal trainer who is helping me with my form and setting up the weights for me. I am seeing a difference particularly in my arms and chest, which I never saw when I did it before. Who would’ve thought I would have actual muscles instead of flabby bulk that just looks like muscles.
