Two Stone Two Pounds

I visited my doctor today for a three-month follow up and he was very impressed with my weight loss. He asked how I was doing it, and I told him. He said I’m going about it the right way, and that if I keep it up that he will reward me by taking me off my medication. He said that my cholesterol has dropped 60 points, and that I’m also no longer pre-diabetic. I go back to the doctor in three months, so I would like to lose another two stone in that amount of time.
