Who doesn’t love Happy Phantom? I loved sponsoring her last year for her ride for colitis, and while she won’t be doing it again this year, I have to extend some birthday wishes to her for the coming year.
May the coming year find success for her in losing the pounds she wants to lose easily. May she have some excellent travel adventures including going to the Finger Lakes Wine Festival again. And may she find the time to read and try new recipes throughout the year.
