Well at least my sleep patterns are. It seems to me when most people get tired they stay in that “I want to sleep now” state for about 35 minutes. And then if they pass that up they will not be sleepy again for another 40 minutes or so. Of course I am just basing this on what I have noticed in people. Me on the other hand, I get into that “I want to sleep now” state and I am only there for like 15 or 20 minutes and when it passes I am up for at least 80 minutes. Also, I have been getting up really early like 4am and going to bed at 1000 or 1100pm. But I just made a move so I will not be commuting 2.5 hours a day anymore. That time will be spent working out and sleeping more! Wish me luck.
