I'm making room for a new roommate

I live in a small 3 bedroom house. Got it with a roommate but have been living here single for 4 years and built up a ton of stuff. Now my new roommate is a professional organizer so I’ve hired her to do much of the work of cleaning out the garage and to just have me help as needed to make decisions about how to handle stuff. This is being done over a period of time. We’ve gotten rid of lots of boxes too but there is a bunch of styrofoam that is not so easily recycled. I’m a computer professional – so lots of computer equipment boxes. I decided to get rid of instead of save a lot of those old boxes even though I still had some of the computers, printers, monitors, etc.
