Well, I actually bought milk and cereal and ate it for breakfast today. Usually I don’t do that. I often don’t want cold cereal breakfast, and I avoid buying milk anyways because I usually end up pouring half of a half gallon container down the drain. When I was at Meijer Monday night grocery shopping I saw a quart container of milk, so I bought it.
Eating breakfast is going well.

Well, now I am eating each morning before my new job. Most mornings I’ve had instant oatmeal. I’d check this goal off but I want to go at it a bit longer and see how I handle it when I get tired of oatmeal.
That will probably happen soon….

This goal is part of an overall goal to lose weight, be healthier, and look better.
Most mornings I skip breakfast, often because I don’t have the time. I don’t have the time because I try to sleep in as late as possible and then I don’t have time to prepare and and eat breakfast.
The first step in eating breakfast each day is to make enough time by getting up earlier, no later than 45 minutes before I leave for work. To do this and get enough sleep, I need to go to bed by midnight each work night, and therefore I should be home by eleven on work nights.
I’ll also need to by foods that can easily be prepared in the morning. Cereal, cereal bars, oatmeal, bagels, fruit and the like. Almost any breakfast is better than no breakfast at all, so at least at first, I won’t worry too much about how healthy my breakfast is. I’ll worry about that once I’ve established a regular pattern of eating breakfast each day, and eat healthfully at other meals.
