i haven’t been able to work out much…i’ve been riding my blades around, prolly half an hour each day now…and i still walk like crazy everywhere else…but nothing extremely physical…hopefully the futbol season will kick in n’ i can get some goalie action in…

So i went to the gym…ran a mile and shot some hoops for about half an hour…beyond that i’ll have to get back on tuesdays and thrusdays to feel like i’m doing something…

so…i have the equipment (a quarter-mile track, shoes, clothing) i have the diet (fruits, veggies, moderation of everything else) and i have the strength (no physical barriers here)...
...can someone PLEASE give me some kind of motivation!!! i hate to run…am i doing something wrong???
i’ve heard “work up to a certain distance” and “breathe a certain way”...le sigh...
