First workout in a long time – I always feel better after a yoga workout.

This morning I decided to do a yoga session instead of going for a run.
I felt great afterwards & would like to get into it more regularly.
The benefits:
- More flexibility
- Better toned
- More relaxed
- Fix spinal issues
I’m keen to give this a go & hopefully the DVD will be useful (if I’m brave enough to give it a go at home).
The only yoga I had done previously was after I bought the DVD called yoga for dummies.
This class was at a beach resort in India & I felt really good for a few days afterwards. This is a picture of the very supple yoga master.
I need to get into a routine so it becomes a habit – mixing up my running & my yoga.
