1. What did I learn this week?
Be positive, don’t show too much at work. It’s not safe.

2. What was my greatest achievement this week?

Went to the doctor… on my way to healing.

3. What was the most enjoyable part of this week?

If I can count last week at Easter Dinner..Laughing with friends.
4. What was the least enjoyable part?

feeling pararnoid on thursday. Breathe

5. What is my priority for the coming week?

Geting the report done, being positive.

Yes,  need to do my work , so I don't feel anxious.  I've got some PTSD around work and I'm feeling the anxiety.

I learned that stressing out is not worth it.

2. What was my greatest achievement this week?
applied for new job, inquired about the Ghana work.

3. What was the most enjoyable part of this week?
Playing with E. I was 7 years old again, playing jump into the puzzle, build an island, and hula. super fun.

4. What was the least enjoyable part?

stress I put on my self and V. the craziest employee ever.

5. What is my priority for the coming week?

.... getting into touch with the prof, getting my project done., getting my timeline down for the applications.

1. What did I learn this week?
I’ve really been meditating a lot. It’s been good. I’m remembering that I have options.

2. What was my greatest achievement this week?
Buying my new tennis racket.

3. What was the most enjoyable part of this week?
Playing tennis on Monday and Saturday Church this mornign was really alive and colorful. It was so nice to be back in my community. I was missed. That felt good.
4. What was the least enjoyable part?

Work , esp. Wed and Thursday.   Wed I just snapped a J for just being indecisive.  It was a tough day.  The baby shower on Thursday was also hard.  I didn't feel like being the host.

5. What is my priority for the coming week?
holding mysefl with integrity and grace through this busy week. I hope my leadership skills shine through. they’ve been a little dull latelty

Just work stuff. I need to shake it off.

Hmmm, I think I learned that spending some time in prayer or reflection really pays off in mental health and sense of peace.

2. What was my greatest achievement this week?

Spending time reading!!! and also feeling relaxed.

3. What was the most enjoyable part of this week?

See above. Really liked reading.

4. What was the least enjoyable part?
Least enjoyable was moving those boxes and realizing I hate telling people what to do!, so I did it myself.

5. What is my priority for the coming week?
I am going to focus on being healthy. I know part of my sloth behaviro is me not feeling light and healthy. I need to start that first step

Irealized last week that I take a lot of baggage from the trauma of the last 5 years into every week. I think I wll continue doing my journalling every morning. That seemed to really help this week.

1. What did I learn this week?
I learned that I walk too fast and that it’s hard for me to ask for help.
I also learned that I need to realize that part of “social justice in action” can mean that I don’t get the warm fuzzys for good deeds.

2. What was my greatest achievement this week?
getting the Page Ahead done… and also taking care of myself.

3. What was the most enjoyable part of this week?
Tennis was fun. I love that my foot was healed and that I did well. I also loved helping out at church. I stepped in to help P. and we were literally feeding the hungry. I didn’t realize they did that at the 7pm.

4. What was the least enjoyable part?
My foot and dealing with it. It was so annoying to hobble and it hurt. I also worried if it would get infected.

5. What is my priority for the coming week?

My priority is apply for the job and also work hard at getting my job done well. Also to feel encouraged no matter what happens on my outing with J.

not really.  nervous a little bit with Jo because I haven't seen him and he might put pressure on about some work.  Glad that their is not Monday meeting.

Care and Love the world, and surround yourself with people how love and care about your.
2.What was my greatest achievement this week?
Played 2 hours of tennis with out feeling like I was going to pass out. It’s working. I’m feeling better.

3.What the most enjoyable part of this week?
Playing tennis. I felt strong and confident.

4. What was the least enjoyable part?
Realizing my boss was looking for me and I had gone home early.
