move to north carolina

I’m moving tomorrow, so it’s as good as done.

Even if things go horribly wrong once I get up there, I’m sure moving away from home will be worth it!

I’m leaving on the 28th. My dad’s driving me up, my sister may be coming along for the ride. He’s also lending me money for the first month’s rent. Now I just need to pick up and cash some checks here, return a library book, and I want to visit my two favorite cemeteries here (my favorite places here period, really). It’s basically just waiting.

May be leaving sooner than expected. I still have to tell my family, but I’m almost completely packed up. I have enough money for food and utilities for the first month, so that’s good. I may ask my dad if I can borrow some money as I feel bad depending on John for the first month’s rent, and he already paid my part of the deposit. Bleh.

So, just have to tell them, finish packing and get a ride up there!

I really just need to tell my family about it and then I can go. Should not be afraid of telling them and I’m not insane because:

1. I know someone who may be able to get me a job there
2. I have a place to live
3. I have money for food

I don’t have money for rent and maybe not utilities either, but my boyfriend does. I’ll pay him back, of course, I just want to get up there as soon as possible and that means I can’t really take a job down here in order to save up money, or one I wouldn’t have to quit suddenly.
