Today I walked my body over to Central Park while the sun was beginning to set. I practiced my asanas under the dancing trees, cool blue sky, and slow moving soft clouds. I closely admired blades of grass as each one curved in different directions. The warm breeze helped me to remember to take life less seriously when I began to wobble in Natarajasuna and tree pose.
Life feels more pleasant when I take the time to cultivate some joy and peace inside of myself.
