Just I keep going on waking up early. Now I wake up around 7:15-7:45 and totally it’s acceptable for me. At first, I was going to set my goal earlier, but I stopped judge myself just whether I wake up early or late.
Actually, even I woke up earlier, I spent those beautiful morning hours just surfing around with my computer. It’s useless. It’s better to sleep more.
So I set my goal not so early. Now I am satisfied with my achievement.

Over 1 month, I have woken up around 7:30. This is good.
Now my new plan is setting the alarm 5 min earlier. So starting from today, 7:25. When I achieve this goal, I will set it 7:20.

Last night, I’ve updated my Android. Then, all the settings were reset. I put the alarm this morning, but the sound volume was too low because of the reset. ouch!
I use my mobile as a morning alarm. This morning, the battery ran out. But I woke up 7:48. Well done.
While my vacations, I was terrible late riser….sometimes with hungover…
Today, 7:30. I try to keep 7 hours sleep.
Finally, at 7am! Yay!
But dangerous days are coming… We go to Spain next week. Late lunch, late dinner, being up to late…. ahhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh!
