After the whirlwind of moving and getting readjusted I have neglected my health.
I don’t have a gym membership and can’t really afford one right now so I’m going to have to come up with creative ways to workout.
I did yoga once this week on monday. I’m going to try to do some aerobics on friday when I have the day off. I should have worked out today but I got distracted oh well.
SO the plan will be to work out on mondays wednesdays fridays and sometime sunday.
well here we go!

I’m starting over again this week. So far I’ve worked out twice this week and I’m feeling great even if I’m a little sore.
The goal is going to be to work out three to four times a week. So far I’ve been doing aerobics, yoga and some light weight training.

ahead of schedule! yay! I did yoga for an hour last night. I plan on some easy relaxing stretches and some ab work. I still plan on starting to jog next week.

I got sick the day after I set this goal last week. I’m still sick… so needless to say no progress. So I’m going to say I will officially start this goal on the 21st. I should be healthier by then.
