for a couple of weeks and see how I do. I think one of the reasons why I (and maybe other people) don’t like vegetables much is because they often get cooked for too long and just end up as a limp, green pile on a plate. I think if I choose nice bright, chunky veg and boil them for a short time I might actually enjoy them. I don’t think fruit will be a problem though; I love it, it’s just a case of remembering!
