i’m doing well at sleeping enough this summer. working with kids all day makes me not want to be tired, so i go to bed earlier.

i’ve been doing really well getting more sleep…not always 8 hours but definately at least 7. i feel more functional…can focus more…healthier…feels good.
early college days

back during my freshman/sophomore years of college i could sleep as little as four hours and feel fine. now i’m well into my super senior year and if i don’t get at least 6 or 7 i cannot focus in class. i feel healthiest when i get 8 hours.
