I’ve gotten so much better about this! I’ve made it my business to brush at least twice a day, and I do it even when I’m feeling lazy. It only takes one minute! With the exception of two or three days, I’ve been brushing at least once everyday (i’ve been keeping track of it on joesgoals.com). Tomorrow, it’ll be my third week on this goal, and that’s pretty cool. I’m young now, but I’ve be really worried about the health of my teeth since I haven’t been taking such great care of them. I don’t want to face dentures and painful extractions due to rotten teeth… eww. My tooth sensitivity is almost gone, and I feel more ‘normal’ now.

I really, really wish my parents would have made me brush as a kid, I’ve just never made a habit of it. I’m lazy. I bought a really nice Sonicare brush about six months ago, and I’d gotten pretty good about brushing, but I fell off. I’m using joesgoals.com to keep track of it (thanks for the site btw), and I’m aiming to brush at least twice a day. I’ve had problems with tooth sensitivity forever, but I guess Sensodyne can’t work if you don’t use it frequently! I shower every day, why can’t I be bothered to brush? Ugh! After I master this… flossing!
