Fun!

I finally did it a few weeks ago. I’d picked up guy clothes here and there, but I never thought I’d have the nerve to actually wear them in public. I was going for sort of a thuggish look, so I got my hair braided, wore baggy jeans, a plain white tee, one of those ever trendy hoodies, and all white sneakers. Of course, I went all out and wore a too-tight sports bra to conceal the boobies. Simple, but I looked good! I must say, I was better dressed than about 90% of guys that I encountered (who were doing the thuggish look, mind you).

At first, I was really nervous about going out in public. I’ve heard of people being beaten up for such things, and the fact that I live in the south doesn’t help. Nobody seemed to mind. I was treated a bit differently, as some people didn’t know what to make of me. At first, I’d use a high pitched voice and tried to act more feminine, because I was scared to slip completely into my ‘guy’ personna, for fear of… I don’t know. My friend pointed out that it just made me look like a gay guy.

As I became more comfortable, I started to play it up by using a deeper voice and more masculine mannerisms (but it was REALLY hard to stop putting my hands on my hips!). I didn’t think everyone read me as a guy, unless from a distance. I’ll never really know. Girls were staring at me… and smiling… who knows. Guys generally avoided contact. More than likely, they probably thought I was a tomboy, or a really pretty teenage boy, or a butch. I look rather feminine, lol. I’m still very much a girly girl, but… I’ll still crossdress from time to time. It was fun! I’m thinking about doing it tomorrow… xD

I really want to dress up as a guy (convincingly) & see if I can pass. I think it would be fun.
