On our first test, I made a 79. Fortunately I didn’t do what I did last year and skip a bunch before then, because she decided to add 2 bonus points on anyone’s test who’d been in perfect attendance all year! Woot! It raised me to an 81, from a C to a B!! 79 was already higher than any cumulative semester grade I’d had in that class before…and I can’t believe it. This is one of those few instances when I truly have amazed myself.

Hopefully I did better on test #2…I forgot to study.

My last test grade was 14%.

I have decided either to take a summer class once AGAIN to try and pass it or take it next semester, switching my next class up from this one. I’m wanting to go with summer, but taking my second job might interfere with all the hours they might give me at the movie theater, and it will just feel like I’m back in school for the spring semester again, which would completely KILL me. I’ll have to wait for further developments.

Passing test score at minimum : 75%

Test 1 – 69%
Test 2 – 60%
Test 3 – 41%
MathXL – ?

A test is scheduled for Thursday, April 27.

I don’t know whether to give up on this goal or keep it on and reschedule the class for summer.
