this has been even easier than expected. i think i was successful every day this past week, and most days i ate more than the minimum. baby steps:)



shifting the goal 4 years ago

i’m downgrading:) after a very good journaling session/self-assessment, i’ve changed some of my healthy living goals. i’ve made them more specific and hopefully more attainable – have to start somewhere!! one ForV a day is VERY doable. it’s not where i ultimately should be, but it’s better than i’m doing now and a step in the right direction.

i actually did this today! but i don’t count my goal as reached – it has to be a habit. i’ll have to think about how to define that a little better:)
