enjoying it all seems important

having lots of spare time at the moment, my children are away with their father for the holidays, i have been able to spend vast amounts of it contemplating life. I have come to the conclusion that it is possible to find enjoyment out of everything, i think, i hope so i am going to try it.
even the real bad situations like embarrasment at work, when i totally fuck things up and when people die.
actually it sounds a bit harder than at first thought, but fff it i’ll give it a go!
