There have been a lot of movies set in Antartica lately, so there’s a lot of renewed interest. I have always wanted to go, it looks amazing!

I do have one question though: all of the trips I’ve seen seem to leave from Argentina – does anyone know if there are any that depart from Melbourne or Wellington? It’d be much easier if I leave from somewhere localish…
