I’m pretty tall, so I don’t look as big as this would on other people.
Current weight=approx 330lbs.
I’m going to curves three times a week, more when I have the oppertunity, and the only significant change I’ve made to my diet is to stop drinking caffiene drinks as often. (as in – don’t buy them for home, only drink then when I’m out at restaurants, and usually I’ll order a water or sprite.)
My goal weight is 150, which is pretty low for my height (about 6.2) and body type (literally quite big-boned, even if I was anorexic I would be bigger than most people)
I’m obviously starting small, with the 10 lbs, and I’m going to try to reach them one at a time, instead of going for the final goal all at once.
