I’ll be starting the diet tomorrow. I’ve decided to try the south beach diet again. I did that last year and lost 14 pounds (which I have since gained back). I went to the grocery store and bought the stuff for it today. Hopefully I can lose those 14 pounds again (and maybe a few more).
