Take more photos

My husband and I have been taking picture, but not nearly as many as we were before. I think this has a lot to do with our computer situation at home. We have had two computers crash on us in the last 6 months.

We are going to buy a new computer in the next few weeks and that will help because I love putting all of our photos on Picasa and organize them and have them as a screen saver.

Here is a picture my husband took in Prague of the River and the castle in the background. Gorgeous city, it was so easy to photograph because everything was so beautiful and we had amazing weather. We took almost 1000 pictures!!

We spent the weekend with my husband’s dad in Santa Cruz. He lives right on the beach, which is so wonderful. Here is a picture I took on the beach of lady bugs on the sea grass. Pretty.

I forgot to post last weekend. I had friends in from Chicago and we went to Santa Cruz on Friday, Golden Gate Park and the MOMA on Saturday, and to see the Dalai Lama and Sean Lennon on Sunday. It was such a great weekend. I love my friends. Here is a picture I took of the Haight Ashbury sign. I think everyone who has been to San Francisco has this exact picture. I had to have one (even thought it is only a block from my house!).

We went to the aquarium on Saturday and had such a great time. One of my favorite exhibits was the glasswork by Dale Chihuly. We had seen Chihuly work at the Garfield Conservatory in Chicago and have loved his art ever since. It was such an amazing environment for his work at the aquarium. The glass looks like it belongs in the ocean. Really fantastic.

We went down to Fresno this weekend to visit with my husband’s family. We went to an easter party in this nice forest preserve. Fresno isn’t known to be the most beautiful city, but this park was gorgeous. I took a bunch of pictures and it was the best weather.

We went to Point Reyes on Saturday and took tons of pictures. I really love San Francisco, talk about picturesque.

This was taken on Point Reyes North Beach, which was incredibly beautiful. I felt so lucky to be there and we had such a great day!

Here is a great picture of the San Francisco city skyline from the top of Delores Park last weekend. We have been really bad about taking pictures since I have been working every weekend the past month. We are back, though, and I know that we will be taking tons of great pictures this summer!!

My husband and I went to Carmel yesterday and managed to take 120 pictures down there…and that was only on the digital camera. We have two separate rolls on our other camera.

It was such a beautiful day. Loved every minute!

It was a rainy weekend and we spent most of it indoors. My mother-in-law took me shopping, though, and I got the most amazing shoes! So…here is my picture for the week.
